The challenge was to migrate the infrastructure to the cloud to manage and optimize the resources and process efficiency and implement the security for the company’s sensitive data.

- Lift and Shift + Replatform
Due to the time constrain required by APLog, we proposed Lift and Shift for the cloud migration with minimal change and optimisation.
- Refactor
After the infrastructure and applications are migrated to the cloud, then we start extensively redesigning the infrastructure and applications for the clouded on the best practice.
Continued with the operations where we manage the services and include cloud spend monitoring for the cost optimisation.
